These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tvari.ai's website and services, including our AI voice agent offerings: Bulk Calling Agent, Lead Calling Agent, AI Receptionist, and WhatsApp Automation. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
tvari.ai builds and operates AI voice agents and automation tools for businesses, primarily in Telugu and other Indian languages, delivered through third-party platforms including Bolna AI, Sarvam AI, and telephony providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of the business you represent to use our services.
3. Booking a Consultation
- Booking a consultation slot through our website requires a ₹499 booking fee, paid via Razorpay
- This fee reserves your slot and is fully adjusted against your project cost if you proceed with a paid engagement with us
- If you do not proceed with a project, the booking fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the time and resources committed to the consultation (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details)
4. Our Services
Once you engage tvari.ai for a project, the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline will be agreed upon separately in a project agreement or invoice. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In case of conflict, the specific project agreement takes precedence.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services as described, but:
- Voice agent performance (such as Telugu speech recognition accuracy and natural-sounding responses) depends on third-party AI providers and may vary
- Call connectivity and delivery rates depend on telephony providers and network conditions beyond our control
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as conversion rates, lead quality, or sales) resulting from use of our agents
5. Client Responsibilities
If you are a client using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information needed to configure your voice agent (scripts, business details, contact lists)
- Ensure you have the right to contact the phone numbers or WhatsApp numbers provided to us for calling or messaging campaigns
- Comply with applicable telecom and communication regulations in India, including DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration requirements for commercial calls and messages, where applicable
- Not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing purposes
6. Client Dashboard Access
Dashboard access showing your call history, transcripts, and analytics is granted by tvari.ai after a project engagement is confirmed. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke dashboard access if these Terms are violated or if your project engagement ends.
7. Payments
- All payments are processed through Razorpay
- Prices for services beyond the initial consultation are agreed upon separately per project
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes on payments made to us
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and proprietary voice agent configurations built by tvari.ai remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Voice agent scripts and configurations built specifically for your business become usable by you as part of your service agreement, but underlying technology, prompts engineering methods, and platform integrations remain tvari.ai's intellectual property.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms (Bolna AI, Sarvam AI, telephony providers, Supabase, Razorpay, Calendly, Resend, and others). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these third parties that affect our service delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tvari.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of leads, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services or dashboard if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any ongoing project agreement terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
