Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the ₹499 consultation booking fee and for project engagements with tvari.ai.
1. Consultation Booking Fee (₹499)
When you book a slot through our website, you pay a ₹499 booking fee via Razorpay to reserve a one-on-one consultation call with us.
If you proceed with a project:
The ₹499 is fully adjusted against your total project cost. You do not pay this amount again — it is deducted from your final invoice.
If you do not proceed with a project:
The ₹499 booking fee is non-refundable. This fee compensates for the time, preparation, and resources committed to your consultation, regardless of the outcome of that discussion.
Rescheduling your consultation:
If you need to reschedule your booked slot, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no additional cost, by using the reschedule link in your confirmation email or contacting us directly. Rescheduling does not require an additional payment.
Missed consultations:
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without rescheduling or notifying us at least 4 hours in advance, the ₹499 fee is forfeited and a new booking fee will apply if you wish to book again.
2. Project Engagements
Once you confirm a project with tvari.ai (such as a Bulk Calling Agent, Lead Calling Agent, AI Receptionist, or WhatsApp Automation setup), refund terms are governed by the specific project agreement or invoice shared with you at the time of engagement, which may include:
- Milestone-based payments tied to delivery stages
- Non-refundable setup or development fees once work has begun
- Usage-based costs (such as call minutes or messages) that are non-refundable once consumed, as these reflect real costs charged to us by third-party providers (Bolna AI, Sarvam AI, telephony carriers)
If specific refund terms are not stated in your project agreement, the following general principles apply:
- Fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable
- Fees for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred on your behalf (such as phone number purchases or pre-paid call minutes)
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of approval. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.
4. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a concern about a payment, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at the email below. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
