- Usage data such as pages visited and actions taken on our website
Information generated through our services (for clients):
- Call recordings, transcripts, and call metadata (duration, status, outcome) generated by your AI voice agent
- Phone numbers and names of leads or customers your agent interacts with, as provided by you or collected during calls
- WhatsApp message logs, if you use our WhatsApp Automation service

- Service providers we use to deliver your service, including Bolna AI (voice orchestration), Sarvam AI (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), telephony providers (such as Plivo, Twilio, or Exotel), Supabase (database and authentication), Razorpay (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and Resend (email delivery)
- Your own customers or leads, only in the course of the calls or messages your agent is configured to make on your behalf
- Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver the relevant part of our service and is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure provided by our database and hosting partners. Call recordings and transcripts are stored only as long as needed to provide your dashboard and analytics, or as agreed with you separately. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
